A curated community — founders, executives, investors & their trusted partners

You're one
conversation away
from what's next.

Most opportunities don't come from job boards or cold messages. They come from the right person, in the right room, at the right moment. We engineer that moment — deliberately, and on your behalf.

How it works

Not networking.
Engineering the introduction.

Every connection on Warm Headstart is intentional. We don't introduce strangers — we introduce the right people, at the right moment, inside an environment designed for relationships to form naturally.

4×
Steps from signal
to meaningful connection
1
01 — Signal

You tell us
what you need.

You submit a clear signal — not a wish list. A specific goal, a role you want to meet, a capability you're missing, or a type of partner you're actively seeking.

  • Takes less than 5 minutes to complete
  • Signals are reviewed by a human, not an algorithm
  • You define the outcome — we design the path
  • No spray-and-pray. One signal, one purpose.

02 — Vetting

We verify
the fit.

Every member and every signal goes through a curation layer. We assess context, credibility, and intent — so you're never in a room with someone who shouldn't be there.

  • Profile review against stated expertise and seniority
  • Intent check — are expectations aligned on both sides?
  • Conflict-of-interest screening within existing member groups
  • Membership is selective by design, not by default

03 — Curated Event

Meet inside
a workshop.

Introductions happen inside small-group workshops — structured around a real business theme. You gain value from the content. The relationship forms in the process.

  • Groups of 6–12, matched by signal and profile
  • Workshops address live business challenges — not theory
  • Facilitated to create natural conversation, not forced pitching
  • In-person and virtual formats available
4
04 — Connection Score

Know if the
relationship has legs.

After each event, both parties receive a private Connection Score — a signal-based read on mutual fit, interest level, and recommended next steps. No guessing. Just clarity.

  • Scored across: relevance, intent alignment & interaction quality
  • Private — only shared between matched parties
  • Participants are identified by initials only — company affiliation is never disclosed by us
  • High scores unlock priority introductions in future events
  • Builds your reputation within the community over time

The community is the product. Every event makes the network smarter, tighter, and more valuable — for everyone inside it.

Every seat in this room is reviewed before it's confirmed. This isn't a ticket — it's an application. Fill in the form and we'll come back to you within 48 hours.

01
Tell us who you are

Your name, company, and role give us enough to understand your professional context. We look at your LinkedIn to verify fit — not to add you to a list.

02
Tell us why you want in

The message field is the most important part. What are you actually dealing with right now? What would make this session worth a day of your time? Be specific — vague answers get vague responses.

03
Tell us how you're attending

Practitioners and vendors are both welcome. Vendors carry a visible marker so the room knows the context. Neither is penalised — but we need to know upfront.

We confirm within 48 hours. If it's a fit, you'll receive a formal invitation and payment details. If not, we'll say so — and suggest a better session where we can.

Revenue Operations workshops are designed and facilitated in partnership with RevOps XL — a specialist RevOps practice with teams across EMEA and North America.

Free to join. No subscription. You pay only when we match you to a session and you choose to attend.  ·  New events are notified based on your signal — nothing else.  Request access →

Community Benefits

The workshop is
where it starts.

Free to join. No subscription. You pay only when we match you to a session and you choose to attend.

This community is intentionally small — built for people who bring something to the table, not just take a seat at it.

840 × 680 px  |  5 : 4
Curated Group Chats

After every event, your cohort continues as a private group — direct access to the people you just spent real time with. No algorithm, no noise. Just a tight room of people who've already earned each other's trust.

Ongoing Access
Post-Workshop Outcome Maps

Within a week of every session, each participant receives a personalised outcome map — a concise record of the connections made, signals exchanged, and recommended next steps to act on while the momentum is alive.

Post-event Deliverable
Ongoing Matchmaking

Your profile keeps working between events. As new members join and new signals emerge, we make introductions on your behalf — privately, deliberately, and only when the fit is strong enough to be worth both sides' time.

Always On
Tailored & Corporate Events

Need something more precise — a private session for your leadership team, a curated event around a specific challenge, or a corporate gathering with carefully chosen external voices? We design it around your exact brief.

By Request

A note on how this works

Some members are here to get their businesses in front of the right people — that's a legitimate reason to be in the room. Vendors may offer complimentary tools or access as a way of showcasing their work.

Commercial presence is disclosed in advance, kept to a dedicated moment, and only included when genuinely relevant. You'll always know who's in the room and why.

How We Gather

Three formats.
One standard.

Every format is designed around the same principle: small groups, specific context, and no wasted seats. The format changes. The intention doesn't.

Facilitated dinner format

Facilitated Dinner

2–4 people  ·  2–3 hours  ·  On-site only

A hosted dinner — 2 to 4 people, one Warm Headstart host at the table to keep the conversation moving. No slides, no agenda. For introductions where the fit is strong and the stakes are high.

High-trust introductions Hosted By invitation
Themed demo format

Themed Demo & Showcase

Up to 20  ·  60–90 min  ·  Online or on-site  ·  Priced individually

A focused session led by a subject matter expert for a curated audience with a specific need. Less workshop, more "here's what this looks like in practice." Format and pricing are set individually per session.

Vendor-hosted Curated audience Disclosed in advance
For Vendors & Service Providers

Their situation.
Your expertise. Live.

01

Pitch your topic

Tell us the problem space you work in and who belongs in the room. We'll confirm fit with the community before anything is scheduled.

02

We fill the seats

We source and screen participants whose challenge maps directly to your expertise. Every confirmed seat is someone with a live, unsolved version of the problem you solve.

03

Cases come in before the room opens

Ahead of the session, we reach out to attendees and collect two or three real situations. They describe what they're dealing with. You arrive knowing the cases — and you bring sample data shaped to mirror what they've shared.

04

You run it live

No scripted walk-through, no polished sales sequence. You take each case, work through it in front of the room using real methodology and real data, and let the output speak for itself.

05

You leave having earned it

Every person in the room watched you solve something they recognise. The trust is already established. What follows isn't a follow-up — it's a continuation.

The attendee brings

A real situation — described in their own words before the session. The actual challenge they're sitting with, not a hypothetical they invented for the room.

The vendor brings

A dataset built to mirror what they've shared — structured for demonstration, but shaped around the case. The methodology is real. The data is prepared. The play is live.

Find Your Fit

Not every room
is the right room.

Tell us what you're working on and where your expertise sits. We use this to match you to sessions where the conversation will actually mean something — not just tick a box.

Your topic signal informs which sessions we invite you to — not which ones you can see.

This is distinct from your membership application. You can update your topic fit at any time.

Where do you spend most of your professional attention?

Every seat in this room
is there to be earned.

Too many professional events exist as a performance — budget burned so someone can point at a spreadsheet of names and call it pipeline. Hunters chasing logos in the room, then vanishing the moment they need to put in the effort. Guests treated as leads from certain accounts, not people. The result is a room full of distrust and genuine waste of time, where everyone is selling and nobody is listening.

I founded Warm Headstart to put an end to the waste — of marketing budgets, collective time, and executive energy. This format exists to protect senior leaders from being reduced to names on a lead sheet. Here, no one is performing for pipeline metrics or pretending to listen. Every conversation has purpose. Every seat is earned.

Common Questions

How it works
for both sides.

For Members
Founders · Executives · Senior Leaders · Growth Professionals
Nothing. Membership is free — no monthly fee, no subscription, no commitment. The only time money changes hands is when we match you to an event that fits your signal and you choose to attend. You pay for the session, not for the network.
When you join, you submit a signal — a specific goal, challenge, or type of connection you're actively looking for. We review it manually, assess who else is in the community, and notify you when we identify a session or introduction that's a genuine fit. You're never matched at random and never pushed into something misaligned.
We're honest about this: yes, some participants join with a commercial interest — and we think that's fine, as long as it's handled properly. Any vendor presence at an event is disclosed in advance. If a service provider is in the room, you'll know before you confirm attendance. Commercial showcasing is kept to a contained, clearly labelled moment — it doesn't run through the session or replace the core content. You're never the target. You're the guest.
Your cohort continues in a private Slack workspace — no phone numbers required, no algorithm, no noise. Within a week you'll also receive a personalised outcome map: a concise record of who you met, what was exchanged, and what's worth following up on. From there, it's yours to take forward at your own pace.
Default access is through the community Slack only — no phone numbers, no personal emails exchanged by us on your behalf. What you share beyond that is your call. We can't control what happens outside the Slack, but if someone reaches out through personal channels without your consent, report it and we remove them. No questions asked.
Tell us. The session matching and curation process improves based on real feedback — yours included. If a particular session missed the mark, we want to know why. There's no subscription to cancel and no penalty for being honest.
Within the community, you participate using your initials. We don't publish your full name, your company, your title, or your employer — and we don't disclose them to other members on your behalf. If you choose to share any of that during a session or in the Slack, that's entirely your call. Our default is that you are A.K., not where you work or what you've built. The people worth knowing will figure out the rest on their own terms. Sales leaders and vendor representatives who attend a problem-solving workshop without hosting are welcome — and their initial's badge will carry a discreet S/V marker so the room always knows the dynamic. Transparency, not exclusion.
Yes — and it works in your favour. Some vendors and partners in the network actively look for guest speakers for their own events and content. Where we see a strong fit between a member's expertise and an external opportunity, we'll reach out and make the introduction. There's no obligation, but it's a genuine way to build your profile as a strategic voice in your field — not as a conference circuit regular, but as someone specific people seek out.
No. Warm Headstart is a senior leadership connection network — personal, curated, and built for people who are already in the room and want to find better rooms. It's not a place to post a CV, scout for hires, or source candidates. If that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. What we do instead: put you in front of peers and partners who can open doors that a job listing never could.
We actively discourage group photos and social media tagging of participants. Who is in the room is not our story to tell. If you choose to share that you attended an event, that's your call — but tagging other participants without their explicit consent isn't acceptable. We won't be posting attendee profiles, group shots, or behind-the-scenes content on any platform. The experience is for the room. What leaves the room is up to the individuals in it.
For Vendors
Service Providers · Agencies · Consultants · Solution Experts
Access to a vetted, relevant room — and the facilitation structure that makes it worth being in. We handle the guest list, the curation, the format, and the hosting. You show up as a subject matter expert, lead a real conversation, and leave having built genuine relationships with decision-makers who've experienced your expertise firsthand. There's no cold follow-up required because the room already knows you.
At a conference you're a logo on a lanyard. Here, you're the expert in the room. The group is capped at 6–20 people, matched to your topic, and there because that topic is relevant to something they're dealing with right now. You're not presenting to a passive audience — you're leading a conversation with engaged peers. The relationships that come out of that are categorically different.
Through the community Slack only. We do not provide attendee contact details — full stop. If a participant wants to take things further, they'll reach out. Unsolicited outreach through personal channels is grounds for immediate removal. Signal a violation and we act.
Any topic where you have genuine expertise and can facilitate a substantive conversation — not just describe your product. The best sessions are structured around a real business challenge that the room is facing. We'll review your proposed topic before confirming the session and may suggest adjustments to make it more discussion-driven. If it reads like a product demo, we'll send it back.
Yes — and we encourage it when it's genuinely useful. Complimentary access, extended trials, or relevant resources shared with members are a legitimate way to demonstrate value. These are disclosed to attendees in advance so they can decide whether that's something they want. What we don't allow: perks contingent on follow-up calls, data collection as a condition of access, or anything that uses participation as leverage.
You tell us who your ideal room looks like — by role, seniority, sector, and challenge. We build the list against that profile, screen every participant, and confirm fit before sending invitations. You'll see the profile breakdown of confirmed attendees before the session date. If the room doesn't meet the brief, we reschedule rather than run a session that isn't worth your time or theirs.
No. Members are expected to behave professionally at all times — in sessions, in the Slack workspace, and in any follow-up interaction that originates from participation in the community. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind is grounds for immediate removal. Where conduct crosses into harassment or other illegal territory, we will report it to the relevant authorities. We are not responsible for harm caused by individual members acting outside the community's standards, but we take reports seriously and act on them without hesitation.
Never. We do not sell member data, provide lead lists, share contact details with third parties, or engage in any form of data brokering. Attempts by members or vendors to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect contact information from the community are a serious violation — report it immediately and we will remove the offending party. The community only works because the people in it can trust that their presence here isn't being used as raw material for someone else's pipeline.

How we keep the room worth being in

These aren't guidelines. They're the standard every participant agrees to.

01
You participate under your initials. Full name and company are yours to share — we never disclose them on your behalf.
02
No photos of other participants. What happens in the room stays in the room.
03
No exchanging phone numbers or personal contact details without mutual, explicit consent.
04
No scraping the room. Collecting names, roles, or contact details from other participants — in any form — is grounds for immediate removal.
05
No selling, pitching, or promoting services unless disclosed in advance. If you have something to offer, say so upfront — and let it speak for itself in the context of the conversation.
06
You're here to solve a problem. If you communicate well and bring real value, the room will notice. That's a more powerful signal than any pitch.
Warm introductions are facilitated only when a member signals readiness. If you'd like to be introduced to someone in the room, let us know — we'll ask for permission on your behalf and make the connection when both sides are willing. Until then, anonymity is the default.
